If you live in the Bloomington, Indiana area, are pregnant or have a child using diapers and you meet our income guidelines, you may be able to get a full set of cloth diapers from Heiny Helpers.
Heiny Helpers uses the same guidelines as the federal WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) program. If your family’s income is at or below 185% of the federal poverty level, you qualify. You can find a chart that shows the income levels on the WIC website.
We ask that you bring your signed WIC folder and photos ID with you when you come to select your diapers. If you are not yet involved with WIC, a visit to the Bloomington office will get you all set up. WIC in Bloomington is run by IU Health Bloomington Hospital. The office is located at 333 East Miller Drive.
If you are unable to qualify for WIC for some reason but you do meet the income guidelines, please contact us so we can discuss your situation.
